GCU’s team of admissions counselors for first-time students and transfer students are ready to assist with the applications process, refer you to financial aid counselors, answer any and all questions, and keep you on track. If you’re interested in speaking with faculty about specific programs, they can help there, too. Counselors work with students from specific regional areas.

Directions & Transportation
Hit the road & Discover GCU.
GCU is located in Central New Jersey, 10 miles from the Jersey Shore and about one hour from Philadelphia or New York City.
If you’re driving to campus, set your GPS to 517 9th Street, Lakewood, NJ to reach the main entrance. Or if you’re heading to the Office of Admissions first, set your GPS to 555 Lakewood Avenue, Lakewood, NJ.
If taking public transportation, GCU is accessible by New Jersey Transit bus service from New York City and Philadelphia to the Lakewood Bus Terminal. Taxi service is available from the bus terminal to the University (less than a 10-minute drive).
If traveling by air, GCU is equidistant from Newark Liberty International Airport and Philadelphia International Airport. Taxi, bus, rental cars, and limousine services are available from both.
